an "Unidentified Network"?

method
is valid
only for
the
Professional,
Enterprise
and Ultimate editions, but
it
does not work
with other editions of
Windows
7 SP1
to the lack
of security policy console (secpol.msc).
Am I wrong?
If not, how
do I
rename an
"Unidentified Network"
on the
other editions of
Windows
7 SP1?
